Putting A Pc On Carpet

This is coming from someone who lives with a family that has 3 dogs and 2 cats so i have quite a problem with dust accumulation.

Link follow me on. Office carpet is very thin more like an outdoor mat and does not trap dust and other things like deeper home carpet does reason for that too. Heck even laying a piece of wood on your floor and placing the pc on the wooden platform will solve this problem although it may not be pretty. Sure you can it s fine.
I imagine dust would get caught up in the carpet which would result in a less dusty pc. There s a science to balancing airflow through. If the carpet is a problem consider putting it on a platform or stand on the carpet. Office carpet is not like home carpet.
Carpet is 10x worse in particle accumulation and all that is being sucked into your pc unless you have good air filters. You can buy rolling stands for precisely this purpose that also make it easier to move your desktop around.
